OK, me and SolNut can't wait to do this again, so here's the placeholder.  The Ozarks north of Russellville have some of the best roads I've driven in the Sol.  With the generous statutory speed limits through the twisties, we can have a lot of fun while staying legal!

Dates: October 8, 9, 10
Location: Russellville, Arkansas
Hotels: (We already have several booked at various options below with discounts better than I can get.  So, take your pick below.  Me and KR just racked up enough Marriott points on our Nationals tour so we're staying at the Fairfield.)
Fairfield Inn, 120 East Harrell Drive, Russellville, AR 72802, (479) 967-9030
Hampton, 2304 N Arkansas Ave, Russellville, AR 72802, 1-479-858-7199
LaQuinta, 111 East Harrell Drive, Russellville, AR 72802, (479) 967-2299

Routes:
Friday Early Bird Cruise - Southern Mountains: Mt. Nebo, Mt. Magazine, Petit Jean/Car Museum - 160 miles
Dinner: I'll check on Ruby Tuesday seating options.

Saturday Run/Tour - 123 All of it Northbound, Push Mountain Both Ways  - 308 miles
Lunch will be takeout from Subway in Marshall and picnic at the Norfork Dam.
Subway, (870) 448-3854, 913 Highway 65 N, Marshall, AR 72650
Dinner: Old South tradition continues

DFW Departures from IHOP in McKinney at 09:00
Thursday: JR/KR, JBD, Derf, chauncycb, Duck, finzup
Friday: Stuck, O.G., Coupe 112, Hal 9000

IN:
JR/KR - 2  (Friday/Saturday Run)
SolNut - 2 (Friday/Saturday Run)
JBD -2 (Friday/Saturday Run)
Derf (Friday/Saturday Run)
chauncycb -2 (Friday/Saturday Run - current PPP holder and decider of the 2010 PPP winner!)
rcola - (Friday/Saturday Run)
solgirl761- (Friday/Saturday Run)
Duck - 2 (Friday/Saturday Run)
Tommy O/Carmen - 2 (Friday/Saturday Run)
finzup - 2 (Friday/Saturday Run)
GPSOLcoupe26 - 2 (Friday/Saturday Run)
O.G. - 2 (Saturday Run)
Coupe 112 - 1 (Saturday Run)

If you do Nebo and magazine, you might throw in Petit Jean.  It has some nice roads and scenery and isn't that far from Nebo.

I agree. Donna and I love Petit Jean, and it has a great auto museum we could check out.

The Clinton family has a car there.  Pfft

The climb up from the East side is a good one,  Thumbs but normally the traffic hoses it up   HissyFit (Both in front and behind)  HissyFit (PU Magnets beware) Postal

The back side (West) is actually better going south???  Question  Back down the hill to Hwy 10. Hurray

You guys trying to add a THIRD DAY?  Hmmm  We may have to make a tough choice.  Maybe a southern loop cruise on Friday and skip the Pig Trail.  So many roads, so little time......  IDontKnow
